Made to order, made for you

Every item in our shop is printed just for you after you place your order. Because each piece is produced individually, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before you buy. If you are unsure, email us and we will help you pick the right fit.

If something is wrong, we fix it

We stand behind the quality of what we make. If your order arrives with a problem that is our fault, we will make it right at no cost to you. That covers:

  • A misprint or a printing defect
  • A damaged or flawed item
  • The wrong item or wrong size compared to what your order said

How to start a claim

Email us at hello@nationalparkstore.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund. You will not pay anything to resolve a defective or incorrect order.

Returns for any other reason

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for non-defective items. If you would still like to return a non-defective item, contact us first at hello@nationalparkstore.com. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer, and refunds on made-to-order goods are not guaranteed.

Order changes and cancellations

We start production quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order within a short window after it is placed. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to catch it before it prints.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package looks lost, email us. We will help track it down and work it out with the carrier.
