Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped from the US

Every order is printed and packed after you buy it, then shipped from our US based print partners. Making items on demand instead of in bulk cuts down on waste. It also means orders take a little longer than a warehouse shipping pre-made stock, and we think the trade is worth it.

Production and ship time

Every order is made to order and usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. New drops and busy seasons can add a little time.

Delivery

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way. Delivery time after that depends on your address and the carrier. Orders to Canada can take a little longer and may pass through customs.

Shipping cost

We charge a simple flat rate for shipping. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. Those charges are set by customs, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in our prices or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot cover the cost of reshipping an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
